These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern donations, volunteer registration, and related contributions made to Intensivist Critical Care Society Charitable Trust (“the Trust”). By donating or registering as a volunteer, you agree to abide by these Terms.
1. General
- The Trust is a registered charitable organization under the Public Trust Act 1950.
- All donations and volunteer registration fees are used solely for charitable, educational, medical, and community welfare activities of the Trust.
- The Trust reserves the right to modify these Terms without prior notice. Updated Terms will be posted at the Trust’s office/website.
2. Donations
- Donations may be made in cash, cheque, demand draft, bank transfer, or through authorized digital payment platforms.
- All donations and volunteer registration fees are used solely for charitable, educational, medical, and community welfare activities of the Trust.
- Donors will receive an official receipt along with a certificate under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (80G Registration No. TAABTI4141DF20231) enabling tax deduction benefits, subject to applicable laws.
- The Trust reserves the right to decline or return a donation if found inconsistent with its objectives, legality, or ethics.
3. Volunteer Registration & Fees
- Individuals willing to volunteer must complete the official Volunteer Registration Form.
- A one-time non-refundable registration fee is applicable. The fee amount may be revised at the discretion of the Trust.
- Registration does not guarantee placement in any specific program. Assignments are based on availability, skills, and organizational requirements.
- Volunteers must abide by the Trust’s code of conduct, discipline, and ethical standards.
- The Trust reserves the right to terminate any volunteer’s association in case of misconduct, policy violation, or misuse of Trust resources.
4. Utilization of Funds
All collected donations and registration fees are directed towards:
- Medical research and critical care initiatives.
- Public health programs, patient support, and awareness campaigns.
- Education, training, and welfare projects undertaken by the Trust. 4.2 Donors and volunteers acknowledge that they have no ownership or financial interest in the Trust’s assets, projects, or funds.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- No Refunds: All donations and registration fees are strictly non-refundable.
- No Cancellations: Once a donation or registration is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, withdrawn, or transferred.
6. Tax Exemption Certificate (80G)
- Donors eligible under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961 will be issued a valid certificate for claiming deductions.
- It is the donor’s responsibility to provide accurate details (PAN, address, etc.) for the issuance of certificates.
- The Trust is not liable for any rejection of tax claims due to incorrect or incomplete donor details.
7. Data Privacy & Confidentiality
- Donor and volunteer personal data (name, contact, PAN, etc.) will be collected and stored securely for statutory and operational purposes.
- The Trust will not share or misuse donor/volunteer information, except as required by law or for official reporting purposes.
8. Legal Jurisdiction
- All disputes arising out of donations, registration, or association with the Trust will be subject to the jurisdiction of Pune Courts, Maharashtra, Bharat.
- The Trust shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from donations or volunteer participation.

By donating or registering as a volunteer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
